umm.. she works at a desk and either answers phones or works on the computer…

If she has any hobbies like scrapbooking you could get stuff for that hobby
I know you said no giftcards but a spa trip could be really nice
women also love jewelery even if they have no where to wear it

My best gifts as a mom were a day at the spa, aromatherapy, or anything that gave me less stress. Some pretty organizational stuff for her desk, a headset receiver that would allow her to give her neck a rest with the phone, a digital photo frame for her desk fully loaded with pics that mean something to her or a new ergonomic keyboard/mouse or chair would all make her desk a better place to be.
Whatever you get her, if she is like most mom’s, she will be thrilled that you put thought into it and showed your love.

Also depending on if you can and how old the kids are..you could offer to babysit and she can run errands, go out with friends or just be by herself for a few hours.

Smellies of any kind – bath stuff, etc.
Jewellery – doesn’t need to be expensive
Books or a journal
Something to do with any hobbies she has, or anything she collects.
In general, moms like everything – and love the givers!
