Impressively, the CEO, Frank VanderSloot, has been the leader of this company for 24 years. The cleaning products are naturally derived and environmentally friendly, making them safer for your home and family. Relying on referral marketing, the idea is that you and your clients will replace the products you typically buy at the grocery store with Melaleuca.
The CompensationAs a representative of Melaleuca, there is a 29$ membership fee that is paid to the company for the right to join and begin earning compensation. Each representative is also asked to commit to purchase a minimum of 50-60$ of product each month. For every person you sign up and who shops, spending at least 50-60$ a month, you earn anywhere from 7-20% commission. In the best-case scenario (20% of 60$) you earn only 12$ on each person. In order to make a modest 2000$ a month income, you will have to have more than 167 people under you consistently buying 50-60$ worth of product at 20% commission each month. Certainly only a few top people will earn a substantial income.
Internet CEO Moms is not a scam. They are a legitimate business with very interesting products. If you have an interest in changing the type of everyday products you use, and earning a small compensation while being a stay at home mom, Melaleuca is a great option and I would encourage you to check them out. We chose not to join them because of the small compensation plan and not wanting to sell to friends and family.
